As physician and owner, Dr. Parker has many roles here at Radiance. Her vision for Radiance is an environment where patients feel comfortable receiving the highest quality care while having a luxurious and personalized experience. Dr. Parker is known for her extended expertise, thoroughness, and highly praised patient care. Radiance strongly focuses on educating and explaining treatments to our patients and clients during their visits here. Our mission is to continue to provide our patients with the safest and most effective procedures and treatments. We firmly believe in enhancing your existing beauty and listening to your wants and needs. As medical aesthetic experts, we do not pressure or over treat our patients and stand by honest and ethical patient care. We want you to feel confident and radiant from the inside out.
Dr. Parker handpicks her staff members to create a well-functioning team of professional, knowledgable, and down to earth people. Team Radiance works together to make sure our patients’ needs are met and that we do all we can to make your experience here amazing!
Dr. Colleen Parker, MD graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 2003 and completed her Anesthesia residency at University of Vermont, FAHC in 2007. She and her husband, a surgeon at UVM, have lived with their children in Vermont since 2004. Dr. Parker currently practices as a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. This makes her uniquely suited as a aesthetic physician who possesses not only the artistry necessary but also accurate anatomic understanding of the human face. After years of practicing cosmetic medicine, she is excited to open Radiance Medical Radiance where patients can begin and continue to receive the highest quality aesthetic care with a trained, experienced physician.
“While I love the challenge of anesthesia in the Operating Room, I missed the continuity of care in the clinical setting. Providing care and helping patients feel their best about themselves is fulfilling. Much of what I do is education about how to take care of your skin, not just to prevent, reduce and reverse the signs of aging, but also for the health and well being of the patient. There are things that we can do to get rid of lines, smooth wrinkles, fade age spots that are inexpensive and with little down time, that many patients are not aware of before coming into my office. They want to see in the mirror how they feel on the inside. I am able to help them with that. I live and work in Vermont for a reason, and I love what I do. I see my patients regularly, and my schedule allows me to really get to know them and thereby better understand their esthetic goals.“
Autumn is one of the most highly trained certified electrologists in Vermont – ask us what this means! We are very excited for you to meet her for all of your skincare, facial, laser hair removal, and electrology needs. Autumn has been in practice for over five years and dedicates her time to studying and furthering her education to provide the best and safest service to her clients. She is known for her amazing, bubbly personality and making her clients feel warm and welcomed during their time here. Autumn loves spending time with her dogs, traveling, and live music shows!
Kendall handles all of our marketing platforms and business ventures from social media and newsletters to website design, events and more. A graduate from the University of Central Florida, she received a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Entrepreneurship and is now continuing her education as a post-baccalaureate premedical student at the University of Vermont to pursue a career in medicine. She enjoys combining her business background with the medical aesthetics world to bring you the best content. Outside of Radiance, she enjoys cooking, coffee shops, and visiting her family and friends back in Florida!
Our fun-loving, personable receptionist will make you feel comfortable and at home here at Radiance! Kelly always makes sure you are taken care of and builds trusting relationships with everyone who comes into Radiance. Her previous experience includes working as an Executive Field Representative for the Better Business Bureau, an Active For Life Educator for the Hamilton County General Health District, as well as a degree in Community Health Education. She loves traveling, culinary cooking, and working for Dr. Parker!
As previously being an Operating Room Nurse for 18 years, Marie is a great asset to Radiance. She uses her prior experience from the OR alongside Dr. Parker as her Head Medical Assistant providing procedural assistance, back office organization, and making sure clinic runs smoothly for patients and clients. She is also our TruSculpt 3D Technician and is always utilizing her extensive knowledge from her nursing career to providing the best care for our patients. As a Vermont native, she enjoys gardening, ice skating, and spending time with her family!
Andria is one of our amazing estheticians here at Radiance! After working for a Dermatology Clinic for over four years, Andria became infatuated with everything involving the skin, its health, and its beauty. Andria takes pride in educating her clients about proper skincare routines, the best treatments, and quality ingredients for their specific needs. Her mission is to boost her clients’ confidence through healthy and radiant skin. She enjoys spending time educating herself on new procedures and furthering her knowledge of all things skin.
